The Jobs & Careers Fair is designed to help students and recent graduates bridge the gap between education and meaningful employment. Bringing together employers, career professionals, HR experts and emerging talent, the fair creates a practical pathway from learning to work. Held across 3 states as part of the Makemation National Youth AI Festival, the fair provides participants with direct access to employers, career guidance and real employment opportunities. Rather than generic career talks, every participant is encouraged to receive personalised support that strengthens their readiness for today's competitive job market.
More than a technical training programme, the Girls in AI Creative Futures Labs help participants discover career pathways, build leadership capacity and access the skills and support needed to succeed in the rapidly evolving Digital and Creative Economies.

Participants will have access to dedicated Career Clinics led by experienced Career Coaches and HR Professionals, offering practical, one-on-one guidance including:

Employer Exhibition
The Jobs & Careers Fair will feature 5-10 participating employers at each state, creating opportunities for meaningful engagement between organisations and emerging talent. Participating companies may:
